Calling Discards
Decide whether the most recent discard legally completes a pung, kong, quint, sextet, or final Mah Jongg before exposing information.
Calling content is strongest when it teaches legality first and strategy second: singles and pairs are not exposed from discards unless the discard completes Mah Jongg.
