Exposures and Information

Understand why an exposure advances a hand, reveals information, creates joker-exchange opportunities, and locks after the caller discards.

Exposure lessons are public-safe when they describe table information, valid group sizes, and post-discard lock-in without mapping exposed tiles to protected annual-card patterns.

Practice Ideas

  • Look at a mock exposure and say what tile family or grouping is now visible.
  • After a call, name one thing the caller gained and one thing the table learned.
  • Scan an exposure for visible jokers and name which natural tile family would be needed for an exchange.
